Return Policy

 

Thank you for choosing Sweet Timez Bakery for your baked goods needs. As a made-from-scratch bakery, we take pride in crafting each order with care and attention to detail. Please review our policies below regarding returns, cancellations, and product acceptance.

Cakes/Pre-ordered Desserts:

  • Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure your cake or dessert order. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
  • Order Pickup: Failure to pick up your order will result in forfeiture of payment. If you require your order at a later date, full payment will be required.
  • Product Satisfaction: While we strive for excellence, if you’re dissatisfied with your product, we’ll gladly offer an alternative item, but refunds will not be provided.
  • Cancellations: Written cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to your scheduled pickup date. Only 50% of your full payment will be refunded; deposits remain non-refundable. Wedding and catering orders are subject to separate cancellation policies provided upon service agreement.  * Please note Wedding and Large Catering Orders have an additional cancellation policies and procedures that will be provided at the time of securing your order.
  • Changes: No changes can be made within 7 days or less of your scheduled pickup date.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds or store credit under any circumstances, and refunds exceeding the original purchase price will not be issued.
  • Order Acceptance: Once an order has been picked up and signed for, it is considered accepted. Please ensure all details are correct at pickup, as refunds for decorating style, writing, color shade, or general design will not be honored.
  • Storage: Please store your baked goods in a cool environment (60-65°F) to prevent damage and spoilage. Once an order leaves the bakery, we cannot accept it back for modifications.
  • Transportation Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the safe transportation and handling of their orders. Sweet Timez Bakery is not liable for any damages occurring during transport, setup, or thereafter.
  • Defective Products: If you believe your product is defective, please return it or contact us within 24 hours of pickup. We reserve the right to assess the quality of our products.

Modification of Policies: Sweet Timez Bakery reserves the right to modify its policies at any time.
